How This Calculator Works
Coverage is based on British Gypsum multi-finish plaster applied at 2-3mm thickness. One 25kg bag covers approximately 10m² (walls and ceiling). The calculator includes wall area plus ceiling area if selected.
Material Costs
Multi-finish plaster costs £8-12 per 25kg bag depending on supplier and bulk discounts. This calculator uses £10 per bag as the 2026 average. PVA, scrim tape and other sundries add approximately £20-40 per room.

- UK Average: £18/m² (£150-200 per day)
- London / South East: £22/m² (£200-250 per day)
- Midlands / North: £16/m² (£140-180 per day)
